Hi Everyone,
We’re starting the Holiday Season off with a Bang! HSM is proud to
offer our new Beyond Barre class at 8:15am Monday as well as our usual
9:30am time slot for all of you “get it done early” crowd! We will
continue our 9:30am weekday classes as well as our Tuesday/Thursday 6:00am
classes to give you as many options as possible going into the Holidays.
Look for the return of our 10:00am class this coming Saturday as well!

Health Tip: Here’s to your Health!
Harvard University has conducted a study to correlate the effects of women
who drink moderately with those that do not drink at all in relation to
long lasting health well into their golden years – and guess who wins?
Yep! That’s right. You moderate drinkers are the big winners! Women who
drink one or two alcoholic beverages a day are more likely to reach age 70
without suffering from heart disease, diabetes or cancer. And are less
likely to be cognitively or physically impaired. Wonder what the findings
would be if you threw in 2 to 3 days of Hilliard Studio Method per week?
Well, I’ll be happy to be the test case for that!
My guess is that the women in this study know the value of living well,
which means enjoying the simple pleasures of a glass of wine or drink with
a friend over a good meal or a good laugh. It’s a daily ritual I cherish!
